Purchasing a home during a pandemic may seem crazy and like it would be stressful. I honestly don’t know because our realtor Gabe made the process absolutely painless. He is so knowledgeable about the local area, the market and was quick to key in on what we wanted. We used a VA Loan which can be challenging I heard, again Gabe knew exactly what to do and the process was so smooth. Not only is Gabe great at what he does he is also a genuinely nice person who does his best to take great care of his clients. He is kind, honest and professional in his interactions with clients. We were so lucky to have Gabe in our corner. He has even checked in on us after closing to see how we are doing and if we need anything. While I don’t want to move anytime soon I would absolutely use Gabe for any future real estate needs and will be referring everyone I know to him.
